Mike carried out a test to see what type of mattress we required which was very good and narrowed down our choices gave us advice along the way on what was best for us and we came to our choice very quickly, the whole process was quick and we were very satisfied with the service.

The young girl who served us was really knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us to choose the right bed and was absolutely lovely.

We were welcomed quickly, shown around with our needs discussed but also given space to chat ourselves and test mattresses without being 'watched'. Great balance.

Mark @ the harlow branch was exceptional, very good at his job, wasnt over powering like alot are, he was there when needed, but let us look and not pressure us, but had all the answers when we did ask. We had gone else where before and nothing like this experience, mark made it a great shopping experience and I HATE shopping for anything.

I phoned ahead to check if the mattress I wanted to try was available in the store, and the sales advisor confirmed that it was. He was very friendly and helpful on the phone, and advised the store opening hours without prompting. When I arrived in store later that day, I was quickly greeted and asked if I needed assistance. When I advised what I was there for, the advisor remembered my call, as it was him that I had spoken to. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and about the optional extras that Dreams could offer. He offered me the sleep assessment to ensure that the mattress I was interested was suitable for me, and to give me alternative suggestions. He allowed me plenty of space and time to try out both the mattress and the pillows, whilst not letting me feel forgotten. All in all an excellent experience. Well done Shah from Harlow!

Mike and the whole team were so helpful, we actually bought ourselves a mattress a couple of weeks ago and came back this time to buy my son a new bed. Cleaning was frequent and selection was good
