Tom and his colleagues went above and beyond to provide me with the relevant information and an very high level of customer service. We were given a wide range of delivery dates and I'm very impressed that there is a 2hr window for delivery. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the purchase and it has been a stress free process. What with the pressure of buying a home - this was one thing I haven't had to worry about!

Never done this before always just bought what I thought might be good out of a catalog. Mike got us to try out various mattress' and beds which is not easy for me as I am disabled and the Height and firmness are extremely important. Nothing was too much trouble for this man and I am sooo excited to be getting my new bed which I am sure as a bed company you will understand that this is going to change my life as good sleep is so important to me.

I RECEIVED A GOOD, FAST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE AND UNDERSTANDING OF MY NEEDS ON THIS PARTICULAR OCCASION AS I HAVE ON PAST PURCHASES.

Manager Michael was very knowledgeable about Tempur mattresses and helpful in explaining the different firmnesses, including pillows. He helped us select a suitable base, mattress, cover & pillows. The sale price was good, better than John Lewis and we were able to agree a further discount. There is room for improvement in signage as we couldn't find the store from the road and had to phone to ask for directions, despite the building being adjacent to Edinburgh way and having a sign advertising another company facing the road. Customer toilets should be provided as I needed the toilet during our visit (over a hour there). I was able to use the staff ladies toilet, which was rather basic and had no hand towels or hot air hand drier. This did not leave a good impression about facilities for staff. Finally there should be an area for young children to sit and play or read/draw. There was a family with three young children selecting a bed during our visit. The parents were paying scant attention to the children who were bored and running riot, screaming and climbing on the furniture. The screaming almost led to my husband and I leaving the store as it was piercing at times.

The mattresses were labelled well and we had ample opportunity to try them. We were asked if we needed any help and when we said we did, your representative was helpful and knowledgeable. A good experience.
