The assistant was not pushy gave lots of advice on various beds as regards different options you can have for example divan, drawer sets after care etc....Friendly and polite, explained each part of our confirmation order.

very pleasant sales person, assisted and gave us the information which helped in making the decision of getting a bed. Also the shop was clean and it did not take long to place and order. really like the shop in harlow, its very modern.

We arrived at the store about 3 minutes before it was due to close. Tom, the sales assistant insisted that we come in and take our time to look around and was most helpful and in no way did he rush us or give any indication that he was in a hurry to close up and go home.

Great displays and a good selection of beds and mattresses. Sales person (Shah) was not pushy but very informative.

I had just been to bensons and beds and came away none the wiser! I came into dreams not expecting much due to that experience but I was I quickly warmed to Shah the sales assistant who was not pushy but explained the layout of the store and beds. He was then on hand for advise and the whole process was shot able and painless.. We bought 2 mattresses and I feel we feel happy we have the right product for our needs.

This is the second purchase we have made in the past 2 months, staff were very polite remembering us from our previous visits, enquiring how we were getting on with our previous purchase. They asked us if we required any assistance, and ensured our visit to the store was a pleasent one. Tom has excellent knowledge of the store items, and any question we had was always answered in a positive manner.
