Dreams - Harlow

A warm welcome and lots of help choosing a mattress.

The sales assistant was very helpful and explained all the prices. He left us to browse the store but was available to help when we wanted.

Sales advisor was very friendly and allowed me the chance to look around the store on my own before approaching me. Then asked what I wanted and was shown products that matched my needs, and was also shown a range of products at different prices. He seemed very professional and had a high level of product knowledge.

The assistant, Tom Culley, was very helpful without being pushy or overbearing. He welcomed us at the door, suggested a couple of beds to try, and gave us appropriate pillows to try with. Gave us every confidence we were making the right choice. He even made us each a cuppa and left us to it. No pressure, just hospital and willing to give advice. Perfect.

We visited the Dreams store in Harlow Essex late on a Sunday afternoon - the sales assistant Tom was exceptionally helpful and informative about the entire product range within the store - due to Tom's helpful and friendly manner he secured a sale which I'm sure he does time and time again and he is an asset to your company - Keith and Amanda

We had never visited a dreams shop before so were about to just wonder around. The salesman Tom came to our rescue and immediately sorted us out with the type of bed that we required.....all very painless!!!

Shah was brilliant- I went in not 100% sure what I was looking for and with his assistance I walked away a happy customer! Fantastic people skills & the shop looked great!

I have Spinal problems and go in to Hospital on 5th August for operation on Spine. The gentleman that served me in Harlow store was extremely helpful and concerning about getting the exact bed that I need, it was not too much trouble for him even though I tested more than 8 beds and his patience was outstanding. Credit to your company, both myself and my mother were even offered and had a cup of tea made........Well Done DREAMS in Harlow, I feet very important and not just a customer. Thank you !!

the assistant tom was very knowledgeable about the beds , was not pushy and left me alone when I wanted to be and actually made the purchase experience very pleasant and easy . I was offered a cup of tea and was made to feel very confident in my purchase
