Dreams - Harlow

Shah was exceptional, so friendly and chatty, not at all pushy and explained everything i asked him. He made the whole experience at dreams in harlow great. The beds were also brilliant and the choice was vast. I intended to shop around until i met shah at dreams. He made shopping a pleasure, which in this day and age is very rare. Top marks young man.

As soon as i walked into Dreams i was greeted by the staff members asking if i needed help. I explained what i was looking for and the staff were very happy to help. Listened to my needs and answered all my questions thoroughly. Brilliant service all round, even offered me a cup of Tea or Coffee while my Daughter searched for a Mattress she liked. Walked out with a new Mattress arriving this week. Exactly how service should be. Will definitely point any bed/mattress shoppers towards Dreams. The 40 night trial period is fantastic, as you never know how you will get on with a mattress when its in your home and you're on it longer than 10 minutes. Thankyou.

Tom was very lovely and very helpful.Me and my Mom where confused customers (we didn't realise buying a bed required so much thought..sigh) however he walked us through the entire process.He asked us what we where looking for in bed size ,made a few suggestions based on that ,asked us what we where looking for in a mattress and we managed to narrow it down to a couple of beds which too wherein our price range( There were beds of all types) :) . It was a VERY!! hot Day he even offered us water. we finally made the purchase and even got a Mattress protector for free and he even explained to us we wont have to assemble anything (one less thing to worry about) or struggle to get the bed upstairs .Its safe to say, I cant wait for my new bed to get here in a few days . If I have any more space in my room I am most likely going back to dreams to hopefully buy a heard board. Yours sincerely a satisfied customer :)

We came to Dreams with concerns regarding a mattress we had already cancelled from another shop (not Dreams) You have to be 100% right with your choice. Dreams listened to our concerns and guided us through our choices and the difference between each mattress. Spent time with us but at the same time allowed us to spend time testing the mattress out. No high pressure sales. Salesman seemed confident in his prices and didnt feel the need to rush us. Overall first time i have bought something from Dreams and would not hesitate coming back in the future.

We visited your store, and one other, and Sarah (B104) at the Harlow store was very friendly. In the other store, they just weren't so friendly, and Sarah wasn't overly forward and in your face, and gave us a chance to browse out our leisure. We were even offered a cup of tea. We found a bed we both loved and made a decision to make a deposit so we have a new bed ready for when we move house in the next few weeks. I wouldn't be overjoyed at visiting a furniture store normally (I am never keen on shopping), but it was a very calming experience at the Harlow store with Sarah. Thank you :-) Simon and Alison

We were greeted on entering the store and asked if we needed help , but at no time did we feel pressurised. Sarah's product knowledge , courteous treatment and efficiency were faultless - even using her own phone internet to show us a picture of the product when the store's computer was running too slowly. We were given time to browse and all questions were answered ensuring we understood the different options available.

Helpful, friendly staff, even offered a hot drink. Clear information of the mattresses we were interested in. Given choice of delivery slots. Good parking at store
