From the second we walked in to the time we left the staff were happy, pleasant and helpful.

Upon entering the store, we were greeted with a friendly "morning" and we browsed the store. We knew what we were looking for and we asked an assistant for help as she was coming from the back of the store. From then on, we were assisted in every aspect of our purchase from bed base, mattress, headboard to eventual purchase of various items. She was very knowledgeable in her products and eager to assist.

Being first time buyers, we were unsure at first what we were looking for, but Shah was extremely friendly and helpful, explaining all the different types of mattresses and being available whenever we needed him for further assistance. We also appreciated that he was not pushy with us, allowing us to look around by ourselves. As we did not have a moving date when we ordered the mattress, he was also very helpful when placing the order and explaining the process of changing the delivery date if needed. Overall, we were very pleased with the service we received.

I was able to find the 2 beds I required quite easily

we had a warm welcome. we indicated we required help once we started looking round. Shah came and helped - answered all my questions - nice manner not pushy, gave us plenty of time. encouraged us to try all the beds. we asked for further information on prices, delivery, removal of old bed and then left the store. I returned on my own later that day and placed the order. Shah was busy so Tom (?) helped but the bed linen selection was very limited. Shah explained the finance arrangements and agreed the delivery dates for me. He was charming, polite, helpful, patient and listened. He is a credit to your company.

We were greeted by Tom at the Harlow store, whose knowledge of and enthusiasm for the full range of products was exceptional, even more so when we discovered that he had been doing his job for a relatively short time. The whole process was easy, quick and stressless and the delivery time within our requirements. Thank you.

Tom, the young man who served us was extremely helpful, smart in appearance and very knowledgeable in regard to the product we were seeking. We shopped at the Harlow Store.
