Dreams - Harlow

I was treated so well when I went into dreams at Harlow. A guy called Tom couldn't help me enough really understood my needs and made me feel at home. This was the first bed I have ever brought so I was excited but also worried incase I was rushed and picked the wrong one but no I had all the time to pick and I'm looking forward to my bed arriving. I will go back to dreams. I also brought my pillows from dreams and again Tom in store helped me pick these. Very happy customer. Thanks dreams.

We were not hassled at all. We were approached after a reasonable time and were given informative product details. We compared the mattress we liked to others in 2 other shops and decided that Dreams offered the nest product and for the best price.

Good humour, patience and care was shown in the service. It is difficult to choose the right bed and takes time. This was completely understood by your salesmen, especially Shah whose sense of humour and enthusiasm for helping made the shopping a great experience.

My validation code is 104. Tom was the person who assisted us. He was very fluent in his ability to explain in details the mattress we were looking for due to medical condition. He was friendly but professional and did not give us the impression that he was only interested in making a sale.
