Shah had great product knowledge and ensured we were happy by getting us to try various beds.

Two very nice and polite salesmen that were very helpfull and both knew what they were talking about.Their names were Tom and Shah.

The assistant was Tom was very patient and understanding. Was able to road test quite a few beds until I have hopefully found a mattress that will suit my requirements due to hip replacements and arthritis.

Both times I visited the staff were extremely attentive to our needs and were not at all pushy. One of the staff actually advised us to delay our purchase as there was a forthcoming 20% off sale of the product we wanted to purchase and I believe that is genuine customer care

Both members of staff very helpful. Order placed quickly. Very happy

We were assisted by one of the associates and he spent a reasonable time with us.

Shah was familiar with an old product that i had bought and now wanting replaced and what the equivalent was, he explained the differences between the types of pillows.

Shah was our sales assistant, he was very knowledgeable, made us feel very comfortable trying the beds, left us to try, and made us a cup of tea, then explained, everything to us.
