Staff were very friendly and helpful and our purchase was quick and hassle free.

Excellent all round service from Tom on the 2 days we visited your Harlow store. Friendly but not at all pushy.

Ample selection of divan beds. The rep, Tom, although mentioned he was still in training he did not come across this way. He was very personable, clear, concise, knowledgeable and met every need that we had. Tom did extremely well and a delight to buy from.

In contrast to the previous store ( Bensons for Bed ) to be specific, on entering Dreams Store it was 2 mins before I was approached by a very helpful female assistant and proceeded to find out what we were looking for. She then proceeded to explain the different combinations of bases and drawers plus mattresses. This was in total contrast to my experience in Bensons where I was completely ignored and had to seek an assistant out to ask a question. I was very impressed with your service and therefore bought my bed fromyou

He took time to explain the various types available, what was available in my price bracket, also explained how to get the best use from the bed and how to extend its life.

I was assisted today (and previously) by Tom. He was both knowledgeable and enthusiastic without being overbearing or pushy. If there was anything he didn't know, he found out on the spot. Tom's sales technique demonstrated understanding of my individual needs and he was very accommodating to my relative indecisiveness.

This was a 2nd visit and Michael remembered me from approx 2 weeks ago when I was given all of the dimensions of 2 beds that my son liked. He asked me if I had made a decision and took me to the bed we had chosen. He did not pressure me in to buying a matress as I already have a relatively new one. Michael noticed that I was looking at pillows and pointed that as I had purchased a bed I could have 4 pillows that were on offer (half price). I was given a choice of delivery dates, he also asked who was going to be assembling the bed (me and a friend) and reminded of the assembly service you provide. Overall a very smooth and efficient transaction
