This very friendly member of your staff called Sophie greeted us. Asked what we were looking for (which was a mattress). Sophie spent alot of time showing us different mattresses, and trying them out. She had a lot of knowledge about the mattresses too. My son had purchased a bed and mattress from you before. He also spoke about Sophie, how helpful she had been. It makes a pleasant change to come in a store and not be pressured to get what you want. Sophie is a credit to your Company. Went to dreams to update my mattress. We were served by Jess who was polite, patient and knowledgeable, all the things you'd expect a salesperson to be. Buying a mattress was made a Stress free and easy experience.

I was welcomed into the store by Mark, a very polite and helpful member of staff. After explaining what I needed in a mattress he showed me to the Sleepmatch and it worked out what types I should try out. What a great piece of technology! Highly impressed with all of my options, I loved that I wasn’t pushed into buying the most expensive one but that I was given time to decide. Thanks to Mark for all his help.

Shah was extremely helpful without being pushy. He helped me choose the best mattress and discussed all options with me. Very efficient when placing the order and all round a positive experience.

We booked a slot on the Sunday to take a look at mattresses. We were welcomed to the store by two ladies and one of them then served us through to completion. It was a relaxed environment and the use of the beds for profiling the type of mattress you needed was clever and it reduced the options in the store for us to test out. We were offered a guarantee, which we chose to go for, because we've had problems with the past two mattresses we've had, not bought through Dreams, so liked the peace of mind that this afforded. It was nice to get a mattress topper as part of this service. It was also nice to get offered to have our old mattress collected as part of the delivery, which takes the stress of having to get rid of the old one.
