Michael went out of his way to help me. Very accomodating

We were greeted immediately once we entered the store. The sales lady also approached us and asked if she could help. She was very knowledgeable of the products and asked us what we were looking for. She was then able pick out certain mattresses to suit our requirements. Our 2 year old daughter was with us so the assistant pointed out that there were children's colouring activities which she showed her. Overall we were very happy with the service and the genuine care of the assistant.

We were met & greeted on entering the store, by Tom a young sales assistant , he was both polite & knowlagable , taking time to understand our needs he then took us through a range of beds giving us time to experience the difference between each until we had narrowed down to our final choice of matteress . We then chose pillows, sheets , duvet & matteress protector in th same methodical way. Great service ! Payment was smooth & easy . We were very surprised at the end to find out that Tom was still a trainee . He was professional , not to pushy which I hate in some salesmen/ women. Attentive in just the right amount & showed very good product knowlagable . All in all a great shopping experience .

Was meet with a very warm and welcome from a young man named Tom,Was very pleased with the help he gave myself and my husband.We found him very knowledgeable , and he was very happy to go that extra mile to help us,we didn't realize that he was a trainee and was even offered a tea or coffee.Not only did we purchase a matress we also got bedding as well while in store .

The sales person put us under no pressure to buy as we wanted to go and have a look in other local shops the salesperson was very friendly indeed, even when we said that we were going to look else where. But after going to look at other shops that sold beds we returned to Dreams due to the way that we were received. So yes we were very happy.

We were greeted the moment we walked into the store. We were not spoken to in a pushy manner whatsoever, we were given some pointers then allowed to have a look around without any hassle. After we had decided on the bed we eventually purchased we were given a lot of advice regarding mattresses, although we didn't buy one that day that was in no way related to the sales advisor. I'm very confident in saying that when we do need a new mattress we will have no doubts in returning to Dreams as a result of the excellent service we received on this occasion.

The sales assistant (Shah) was very knowledgeable regarding the products and answered all our queries fully. We found his approach to work very well for us as pushy sales people make me want to leave a store! He gave us the right level of assistance without watching us or making us feel uncomfortable whilst we tried the beds. Documentation regarding mattress warranty and delivery was explained clearly and an allocated delivery day was picked at ease.

Tom, our sales assistant in the Harlow office,told us he was a trainee but his knowledge was excellent, he offered us refreshments, was friendly and polite. Usually we would shop around more, but Tom was very engaging and we were reassured by his knowledge and comfort guarantees for the mattresses. He also entertained our 3 year old daughter so we could try matresses out in peace! The result was that Tom secured a sale on the spot of just over £2k. Excellent service.
