Tom was friendly, and we felt as though he was willing to spend as much time as we needed trying out different mattresses.

SLes man was very helpf and kind not overly attentive to the point of annoying, he judged it just right. He gave us time to look and talk and helped us when needed

Whilst the salesman was very informative about the products we were looking at we did not feel that we were being pushed to select a particular item.

We were satisfied, the quality of knowledge and products were what we expected

Spent a little more than we were hoping to, but if the items are a good as advertised then the score may be different, too early to tell yet.

The assistant was welcoming and helpful throughout explaining things clearly. He had a sense of humour and made our visit successful.

Found the right mattress at a very good price.

I asked a member of staff for help finding a single mattress that wasn’t too expensive - he showed me how the labels on the mattresses gave the relevant information. I would have preferred him to take me to the mattresses in my price range rather than me having to find them. Once I’d selected a mattress, I asked a female member of staff about mattress toppers, she was very helpful and knowledgeable and found one in my price range and explained the difference. A male member of staff then went and found a product in the store room that suited my requirements. So highly satisfied with the sales process and store in general - just would have preferred help taking me to find the mattresses rather than having to wander round the store trying to select my own.
