Sophie and Shah was very friendly and very helpful. Also we think they should have boxing day off this year.

The only drawback was that it was not clear where the silent night mattresses were despite this being the only reason we had visited the store. The other issue was that the pillows we were given to try out the mattresses with were discoloured / yellowing which is off-putting.
