Shah was very helpful but not overly intrusive

The staff were very friendly

As soon as I arrived a gentleman Shah came over introduced himself . He was curtiouse , and made me feel at ease . As a wheelchair user this sometimes is lacking. The rest of my visit carried on in the same way . I asked if I could take time to view as I wished and only helped with any questions I had . Excellent & thanks . I ordered the bed & mattress for my needs .

The whole experience was so easy, Shah who dealt with me was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions regarding purchasing my bed, nothing was to much for him, he was very patient and not at all pushy, & gave me the time that I needed to make my decision. Brilliant Service…

Went in the shop and no other customers were there, Shah served us and took us on the sleep machine and showed us the suitable mattresses, he was very helpful and not pushy and gave us some water. We ended up buying a duvet and a mattress topper and getting the 8 year cover based on his advice. We could have bought a mattress from the previous shop bensons for beds but a combination of Shah and the mattress sale made it for us.

I visited the Dreams store in Harlow recently. I am 7 months pregnant and was looking for a new bed that had extra height to make it easier for me and one that would work for a bedside baby crib. I was expecting finding a bed and mattress to be difficult with lengthy delivery times how ever I was highly satisfied with the customer service I received. A staff member called Mike really made the entire experience easy and within no time we had picked a perfect frame and mattress that fitted our needs. He was kind and knowledgeable and I would like to thank him for all his help.
