Dreams - Harlow

We purchased the exact same mattress and topper as we did last year, nothing to complain with product. However we paid less last year but as a bonus delivery date was better than expected and free delivery was a plus. Overall very happy and would definitely return to dreams for further items.

Ideally to have a floating sales assistant on the shop floor. willing to assist with sales advice.

Was disappointed that beds/mattresses that are shown on your web site were not in the store - there were two I was interested in and wanted to see and lie on them before deciding if they were what I wanted - but not even in the store.. I wouldn't purchase any bed without trying it first, so I ended up with a different choice from what stock was actually present in the store..

this is the sound time I have purchased an item from Dreams (mattress) you advises discount on TV in your store when I went to buy the item guess what my purchase was not in the deal this time your deal was 60% off guess what my item was not in the deal also one off the sales man said it was already discounted and then said no this item is not in the deal I have tell all I meet about your deal next time I see a dreams deal I know what to expect

Little disappointed with the price as your t.v. Ad didn't specify the discount only applied to a few items.

Delivery time was much longer than anticipated

Said free delivery up to Tuesday 20th but when ordering my bed base still had to pay for a time slot which in my mind is not free delivery 😐

The price dropped two days later by £110. Luckily your customer services dept have promised to refund this to me. Otherwise , I was very happy with Michael who was our salesman. He was knowledgeable , he listened , he offered tea/ coffee, and he didn't put me under any pressure to buy what so ever. He wasn't pushy , and gave me time to look alone. I liked this , I dislike pushy sales people immensely. All I would say is that the store looks run down from the outside .
