Not enough staff. On the actual day of purchase I saw 3 members of staff chatting to each other, and appeared to ignore me standing there waiting for attention. When I did find someone the assistance couldn't wait to get away.

The only reason is that the item was out of stock but were promised it would be in stock on 30th January for delivery within 2 weeks after. Unfortunately this is not the case and the products are still not in stock and have no date when they will be. This is disappointing as we were hoping to Have the bed for when we have visitors in the next couple of weeks Apart from that, we were either satisfied or highly satisfied with the rest of our experience

Products were too expensive on initial prices quoted but discounts were available so we did walk out of the store feeling a deal had been struck.

I came in the store on Saturday. A salesman was stood smiling at me so I went to him to place an extra order than my previous order. He literally brushed me off and said he's with a customer who was stood on the other side of the store he didn't even offer an other co worker to assist me.

The thing that let the visit down was that we were approached within about 10 seconds of entering the store, this made you feel slightly uncomfortable, we had visited another bed supplier and we left that store because the salesman would not let us have any time to browse.

Initially called to ask a question regarding delivery and I found the saleperson's attempt to close the sale came far too quickly and I was left feeling pressured and in turn, put off. At the store I was approached by 4 different members of staff, so it was hard to know who to then go and talk to and so it was very evident to me I was in a sales environment. That being said all staff were friendly informative and helpful and did allow me time to browse. Maybe they are under a lot of pressure to hit targets, but it does come across to the customer.

I was very satisfied with the assistant who explained everything and gave us time to think a perfect salesman. The mattress-we bought just wasn't in the sale and we ended up paying a lot more than we anticipated
