I purchased a mattress, a topper, a mattress protector, pillows & bed linen. Unfortunately I chose the wrong colour & asked to change it for white. You'd have thought the world was going to end! I was told by the manager that this was going to take at least half an hour to sort out & couldn't I just use the cream linen instead? He said they were only really set up to sell big items, not linen & perhaps I'd have been better of buying it elsewhere!

No specific reason. Did have to keep finding a store assistant every time I had a question though.

The young assistant was straight on to us as we walked in to the store. He was very knowledgable and helpful (tape measure etc.) but just a little 'pushy'. The more senior assistant (Michael) took over after I had asked the younger one to just leave me alone and that I would make my mind up in good time. Michael was excellent and very helpful. He took control and realised the type of clients we were and adopted very well to our needs etc. Well turned around as we were about to consider leaving. The young assistant wasn't rude in anyway and we have put this 'pushiness' down to enthusiasm and being passionate about what he was doing. No offence taken in anyway but he could learn from the much calmer Michael who in our opinion was far more measured and professional. He clinched the deal purely because of this and should be commended for his customer analysis and focus.

I was happy with the product and the service, but to be highly satisfied I would have liked it at half the price.

I found the availability of colour options quite lacking in the designs I liked and the size of the TV supplied with the Bed-TVs somewhat lacking.

Felt knowledge of products was ok and bed we wished to purchase was not available in store to view in person.
