To get the bed we wanted on a buy now pay later we had to spend 500 pound or more but the bed we got was not enough even with the 8 year warranty and delivery charge and pillows but lucky we was let off and was able to do it so it was perfect with the problem being sorted

the bed and the mattress were available, the bedside tables were not available so had to have stock clearance and the chest of drawers not available to be delivered with the bed. So have to have the items delivered at 3 separate times

The credit procedure was a painful and long drawn out process. If the sales representative had not been so apologetic and constantly chasing up Barclays we would have cancelled the order. Barclays were at best incompetent! Also we had to queue for a sales desk as it was a busy Bank holiday and at one stage was unceremoniously booted off a desk whilst we waited for Barclays to check the credit for 2 hours

Shah who served us was knowledgeable and explained the difference between the various types of mattresses very well. I couldn't fault him. I don't think buying a mattress is a process that would make me 'highly satisfied"

Delivery options given were or extensive enough. We have to wait over a month for delivery due to limited options and lack of precise time slots.

The delivery date was too long, just over 3 weeks. Desperately need the new mattress for a bad back. Was very disappointed that I had to pay £39 but you could not deliver a stock item sooner!

The length of time it takes from placing an order to when the items will be delivered is too long.

The staff were very helpful, this made up for the general appearance of the store, which included the door blowing open with the wind sending papers flying from the desk and display, generally the store is a bit shabby and not very inviting.
