Dreams - Harlow

The prices of items were more expensive than expected. We also requested the item being replaced be taken away when the delivery was made. We were told this would be charged at £40.00. We only purchased a Headboard.

We had a very professional and knowledgable sales assistant (mike dean). He helped us find the right mattress for us and was available to us throughout our shopping experience. Overall I was very satisfied with our dreams purchase and would recommend to others

There is always room for improvement. Another colleague was chatting with the person serving me, so thats one reason.

Nothing particularly wrong it was ok but not exceptional

Would have liked more explanation for the different mattresses.Nice to have got a couple of pillows as a present for buying the whole bed set.

Managed to get the bed and mattress we wanted for a good price. Friendly staff

The store does not have a particularly nice or friendly design. Mattresses do not have much information about what they carry inside (pictures)

Could have been more happy, and explained that my receipt was in the booklet given.

Tom was a really nice chap. No pressure sales, just honest and was really helpful on things like colour choice - its not often you get a guy tell you the benefits of having darker colours with young children! Really really nice. On comparison on the same day with a visit to Bensons - Dreams was far far superior.

There is no reason. I was satisfied overall.
