Staff helped select a mattress and quoted me a price I was willing to pay. They got the price wrong however and this only came to light when I was asked to put my PIN number into the machine. Actual price was £300 more. No mention of this and no apology when I flagged it. Just we got it wrong - that is the correct price. Needless to say the transaction was cancelled.

THERE WERE 3 STAFF IN THE STORE SITTING , NOANE ELSE IN THE STORE, EXCEPT US BUT THEY DIDN'T CAME TO SAY HI ... MY HUSBAND HAD TO GO AT THE DESK AND ASK FOR HELP BUT THE LADY WAS KIND OF CONFUSED HERSELF. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE OVERALL. WON'T GO THERE AGAIN.

Very unhelpful sales staff. Reluctant to get off chair, seemed like we were disturbing her. Very knowledgeable but expected us to know exactly what we wanted without any guidance. Had to ask to be shown beds, mattresses, etc.

My time in the store was fine but when it came to delivery the bed was delivered without the mattress. I was told the mattress wasn't on the lorry and they'd actually lost it at the depo. I then phoned the depo who never had it in the first place and said it would be another 2 weeks before they could get it delivered.

When I went into the store I asked where the children's mattresses were. I was pointed to them but there was no offer of help. I had to ask for someone to come and help me/offer advice. Staff didn't seem to know an awful lot about best mattresses for children. After my purchase I got the child's mattress home and unwrapped it, it smelt awful, after two days my whole house smelt like damp. Upon calling the store they explained this was not normal and we're happy to exchange it. I was not confident with the product as it is for my son, customer services were very helpful and the mattress is being collected as I could not fit it unwrapped in my car. The returns process was very straight forward which I am grateful for, however I have had the mattress now for 6 days and my house really smells bad, I am so disappointed

I had already made my selection and presented this to shop assistant. At no point did he qualify whether it was actually the right product or suggest others they may offer the same or better quality for less or similar price. The assistant just took my order and asked no questions at all about the products I had selected
