I was specific about the product I wanted and was assured this was the case. When I got home and unwrapped it it was not what I wanted. I now have to return it to get the correct one.

We were offered insurance for £45, we declined this, and within seconds were offered the insurance for £6. This discount should have been offered first. If t available for this price, it seems that it is quite dishonest, and is effectively conning people out of extra money. I have reported this to trading standards aswell

I heard staff talking about targets and not ever selling one of "those" before and vaping in store is not acceptable at all. I dont expect to see this from staff members. Also just customer service with the "jokes" shared between staff when trying to serve people is unprofessional.

At some point on or after the 18th December I visited a store and your system was down. On the 28th December I placed an order over the phone only to get a call 30mins later to say my order was not placed due to system problems but some how has managed to collect funds from my account. A number of years ago I ordered a bed from dreams and was told I'll get it on two weeks, it never turned up and six weeks later I was still waiting. I though your company would have got things right by now. I wont be recomend u to anyone and I will never shop with you again!

I think you form is playing up, I am totally satisfied with the visit, the staff and especially Shah was really helpful, politely and knowledgeable, we tried the sleep test mattress and even tested out pillows, great service

Placed order via telephone sales as could not get to store due to work. Due to paying with credit card I could not get delivered to address I wanted, he'd to be billing address, which i understand. Was told I could place order then go into local store, verify my identity and then change address to the correct address that I wanted goods delivered to. I done this in order to get delivery date confirmed. Have now tried to do this. Local store willing to help but says can't as it is ordered through Harlow branch. The assistant contacted Harlow branch for me but told then if I change delivery address, this will mean a new delivery date. The purpose of me using tel sales was to get delivery date asap. I then called customer service who confirmed any changes to delivery address will mean a new later date. I have now cancelled order and will look for goods elsewhere.

I have already complained about the store to customer services. Incorrect information was given about delivery and it was only after the salesperson had taken payment that they revealed that delivery would take place at anytime on the given day and that I would not know when that was likely to be until approx one hour before delivery. I would be charged again for delivery if I was not there. They also did not tell me any terms and conditions and they told me that even if I ordered on,one I would still have to pay a delivery charge which I later found was incorrect. They could offer no assistance and no ability to determine whether it would be possible to even be given a delivery window of less than 24 hours so that I could still ensure that my 3 month old baby would be able to get to his medicinal appointments. I therefore said that I would not be able to go ahead with purchase. At that point the salesman lost the ability to use a computer and said that a refund to my credit card would take 10-12 working days deposits having charged it less than 5 mins ago. I even asked if delivery could be made to store but was told no.

The assistance had good knowledge of the products but left us alone to make our own decision. He was very helpful and friendly was not pushy at all.
