Very friendly staff with excellent product knowledge. Very good covid procedures in place with staff cleaning surfaces which gave me a reassurance of the companies commitment to keeping me safe whilst shopping.

Mike was friendly and knowledgeable. I was given a list of mattresses to try. I wasn’t rushed and felt good about trying every recommended mattress.

Shah, the sales person was friendly and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and he instantly put you at ease. He was very patient, and did not rush you, to make your choice. I was very impressed with the service I received from him and I would recommend Dreams to friends and family

We were met on arrival by Shah, who actually listened to our needs. He explained the different constructs and then asked us to try the sleep test to try to find the right bed. Again he listened and tailored the beds to try, to what he had heard. He also gave us time to choose and was at no time pushy or ‘too full on’. We clearly spent far more than planned :). But that was because we were shown exactly what would work for us. Really delighted. The flexibility around delivery times is also very advantageous given current build work. Thank you Shah!

Shah was brilliant - I am a wheelchair user so he always made sure I was fine when trying out the beds and always moved other beds in the way to enable me to be able to fit through and test out the beds. He was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He offered us water and assisted me in finding the toilet, and was very helpful in suggesting beds for my needs. I’ve already recommended the store and bed to a friend who lives locally and was very happy with the fantastic service!

The customer helper, Mike, was very welcoming and made our experience very easy. He was very informative on the products, he listened to our needs and helped in making our choice and he was very friendly. I would definitely recommend the Dreams in Harlow to anyone based on the customer service we got from Mike

The store was clean and all safety protocols were adhered too. Dreams representative (Mike) was very understanding of our needs and it was obvious that he know the products on offer within the store. Our purchase was very straightforward and was processed quickly with the removal of our current mattress factored in.

The store was well laid out and the ladies working in the store where warm, welcoming and knowledgeable.
