Extremely helpful staff who spent a good time explaining everything . The computer at the store had problems and quoted the wrong delivery date just had a call and they said sorry and we are getting the mattress next week.

Excellent service throughout my visit Mark at the Harlow store was very knowledgeable friendly but also gave me plenty of time to make up my mind without feeling pressured.

Every question that I asked was answered professionaly and corteously.

Jessica was the member of staff who was fully engaged with us at all tines. She spent time fully explaining the options to us. We were allowed to try as many mattresses as we like. She was very knowledgeable on all the products and was able to support us in making the right choice . She was friendly, patient and attentive to all our needs, we were very impressed with her knowledge.

Staff member was great, jolly and helped us with exactly what we needed. Helped us and also made us a cup of coffee for the go.

We found a perfect bed & mattress and the staff were extremely helpful.

Sophie was genuinely friendly and so helpful. She was brilliant with helping us find what we needed within our budget.

Mark was very friendly, gave us time to decide what we wanted and was able to give advice and guidance on the best products to suit us. We was not rushed at all and was offered refreshments the whole time we were there.
