Mike in the Harlow store was amazing nothing was too much we did the sleep analysis and then tried all the recommended beds whilst being covid safe I felt in no rush or no pressure and he totally listened to our needs, we walked away with the pillows and my husband says they helped him have an amazing sleep last night we just cannot wait for the bed to arrive now
