Dreams - Harlow

From first arriving at the store & being met by Shah, my elderly mother and I could not have been better taken care of. The assistance Shah gave & his thoughtfulness throughout our time in the store was above and beyond anything anyone would have expected. He made sure my mother was comfortable and able to cope with trying out the bed options he suggested until we found the perfect one.

The Shop assistant was very Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all products and which ones were best for my needs. All workers in store took hygiene and covid very seriously which was very nice to see. My order was very easy to do and very quick. The bed I originally wanted was out of stock at the time but I found a better one more suited to me, with the aid of the shop assistant. I was very satisfied with my overall experience and would definitely shop their again.

Mark was extremely helpful. I was buying a new mattress for my Disabled daughter and he took his time to explain the difference between the type of mattresses which we needed. Excellent service . Thank you Mark from the Harlow store

Mike in the Harlow store was amazing nothing was too much we did the sleep analysis and then tried all the recommended beds whilst being covid safe I felt in no rush or no pressure and he totally listened to our needs, we walked away with the pillows and my husband says they helped him have an amazing sleep last night we just cannot wait for the bed to arrive now
