Very happy with the assistance given,the order taken with hardly any delay,date of delivery was very acceptable and pleased that they were able to take away the old mattress.

We went to Dreams in Harlow and was served by a lovely young lady called Jessica. She was so friendly and really knew all her products. We didn’t feel pressured at all but she was so helpful. She made our experience at dreams really beautiful and we found an amazing bed it took time but not once did we feel pressured. Would just like to say thank you to her for finding us a beautiful bed can’t wait for it to arrive in four weeks.

Dreams in Harlow did you and me proud during my visit this week. Jessica did a great job allowing me to take the Sleep position test and sharing my path through the selection of a crucial part of the Health and Wellbeing process that is Sleeping. We talked of Matthew Walkers excellent book on Why we Sleep, the experience and discomfort of homelessness and the difference that good sleep can make to people's lives. I left the store with a pair of pillows that have already improved my resting life and the mattress will be delivered early next week to move me further along the line of Sweet Dreams as the Eurythmics used to sing. A real pleasure to shop in your store and full marks to Jessica and her colleagues.
