We were looked after by an extremely pleasant assistant named Shah, who was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and he was very helpful to enable us to find the right bed to aid my husbands disability. With the friendly and courteous banter between my husband and shah it was a very good experience.

The store was inviting, clean and had all covid safety guidelines in place. The staff were friendly and although there were a number of customers in the store I was still approached after spending some time looking at the range. I was shown the sleep system and the staff then showed me the mattresses recommended. I was provided a pillow with some tissue paper to try the mattresses and was given ample time without the sales person staying with me and this allowed me to fully try them all and I didn’t feel pressured to buy. I was provided a price for 2 options and also offered a drink. When I had decided on my bed frame and mattress, the order process was very straightforward and efficient. I was highly satisfied with my dreams experience and I am looking forward to the delivery of my order.

My boyfriend already knew what bed he wanted, Shah was very helpful in terms of explaining the full features of the bed as well as helping us chose what mattress would be best suited for us by using the machine to log our sleep position. We tried 4 or 5 different mattresses and pillows so we could chose what we would prefer. Everything was very organised and sanitary considering current circumstances.

Used the machine to narrow down the best mattresses for me, then was quickly able to test the options. Customer service was great and fast. Left happy with my choice and looking forward to it arriving

We were assisted by Shah at your Harlow store. He was very patient, no pressure applied for the sale, the sleep machine was brilliant and Shah explained everything. The COVID measures were all impressive.
