Used the machine to narrow down the best mattresses for me, then was quickly able to test the options. Customer service was great and fast. Left happy with my choice and looking forward to it arriving

We were assisted by Shah at your Harlow store. He was very patient, no pressure applied for the sale, the sleep machine was brilliant and Shah explained everything. The COVID measures were all impressive.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at dreams because the staff were friendly and the staff member who helped me gave great assistance, was friendly and very kind when my child knocked over a sign. I walked into the Harlow store not sure what kind of bed I was looking for and left happy and highly satisfied by the bed I’d ordered.

When entering had a look around and was asked if we would like to try your computer bed to assist what we were looking for did not take long and was a help. Then was taken to beds that might suit us very helpful then placed my order
