Found what we wanted was not pressured but had assistance when needed efficient and friendly salesman let’s hope delivery service is as good!

The gentelman who served was poite , new what stock he had , informed of the best product and put my order through quickly as I was in a hurry.

The man who served us was called Mike and he made us feel very welcome and helped us with our choose of mattress .

The assistant that served us was very knowledgeable, especially when we didn’t have an idea of where to start when looking for a mattress. Shah made it very easy to establish our needs, and answered all of our questions. It certainly made it easier to choose the right mattress much quicker.

The assistant was very informative and friendly without being pushy which I hate. He had time to spend with us and took us through lots of options that we didn’t know were even available. Top class service. Refreshing.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were shown a range of mattresses to suit our needs after going on the mattress machine. We were able to try these for comfort whilst keeping to social distance guidelines. The delivery was also arranged to suit our needs as the property we are buying is. It yet built. Also liked the option of the bed being installed by Dreams

As soon as I entered the shop I was greeted by Mark who said if I needed any help I should let him know. I wanted to look around first but after a while I asked Mark for assistance in choosing the appropriate mattress for me. I asked for a special 'bed' which selected a few mattresses for me. Mark then quickly showed me the mattresses which were the best for me. As they were over my budget I picked the one which was on offer and still in the same criteria which was medium, combination. Mark ordered it online for me and confirmed dalivery date. He gave me all information on delivery and insurance of the mattress. Then I was informed via email, text message and phone call when the mattress will be delivered and what the time slot will be. Overall highly satisfied
