Very patient explained the whole process not rushed at all and did not hover so did not feel pressure in the store

Sleepmatcher was fantastic- enabled me to identify the type of mattress I needed. Sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy.

The member of staff who helped us could not have been more friendly or helpful. The reason we ended up at Dreams was due to very poor and rude service given to us at Ikea. We left their store having purchased nothing. The experiance at dreams in Harlow was totally at the opposite end of the Scale. I didn't get the sales persons name, but he could honestly have not made the experience any better.

We were assisted by Shah. Great customer service, extremely helpful and not pushy at all. We had only planned to visit the store to get an idea of what we wanted, and then maybe shop around, but he spent so much time with us, helping us choose the right mattress, we decided to buy it there and then, along with some pillows he suggested. Was honestly a lovely experience.
