We took my elderly dad to look for his new bed, I explained to the lovely sales lady that he had a few health issues and she would need a lot of patience lol. All I can say is she was amazing, so helpful, patient and understanding and nothing was too much trouble. We were offered a seat and a drink and friendly banter. I did,nt get the sales ladies name but she was brilliant and also the 2 salesmen too. Lovely service and 1 pleased dad who is looking forward to his new bed. Thank you Dreams

Helpful attentive and knowledgeable staff member who gave us plenty of options to try in our price range, didn’t rush or push us atall.

It was late in the evening but we were met by Shah who was friendly welcoming and gave us all the time we wanted.We never felt hurried even though the store was close to closing. He was friendly and cheerful and gave us space and time to discuss our purchase and was always near at hand devoting his time to waiting on us. We werent sure what we wanted but with his guidance we came away feeling we had bought exactly what we came in for. I would certainly go back and if possible ask to be served by Shah again.
