We was assisted almost instantly when we was in the store so no waiting around and when explaining our situation which was we already bought a mattress elsewhere and wasnt happy with it and would be returning it, we was helped by using the dream machine to test what mattress would suit the both of us, which was perfect because I have lower back pain and the machine took this into consideration. Straight after we was told what mattress would suit us and after trying it under health and safety regulations it was perfect. Much better than the one we had and we both agreed it was the best one. The price wasnt too bad either. Paying on finance really helped too. The whole process was helpful and managed to find our perfect mattress! Would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family.
