The attention from Mike (who we have dealt with before) was excellent in terms of advice and attentiveness and he is the reason we are repeat customers.

Shah the sales advisor was friendly and professional. He took time to show and explain different products to meet our needs.

The Young man who served us said he hasn't been there that long. I can't remember his name. He was very good, very professional, and very helpful.

We were looking for a bed for our 10yr old.. no idea what kind of mattress to get. Shah approached us offering his help and thankgod he did, he was amazing and so good with our son. His knowledge on mattresses/beds was fantastic and showed us different options we could go for. All staff were extremely friendly and chatty.. But the service we received from shah was above and beyond. We have a happy 10yr old with a brand new bed. Thankyou!!

On entering the store I found the workforce engaging and cheerful and their knowledge put me at ease, and I knew I had come to the right store for great customer satisfaction. I can honestly say this was the most enjoyable shopping experience I have had, and will wholly endorse the Harlow team,and Shah in particular who we dealt with personally. I wont hesitate to use Dreams again, and to find out that they had stood by the workforce in furlough only made me more pleased that I spent my money with this company and people. I'm normally quite critical of the 'shopping experience',rude,workshy,lacking knowledge, but found the Dreams Harlow process professional and faultless.
