Hollie read and understood our appointment notes and prepared accordingly by identifying the most appropriate products for us. She was spot on with her suggestions for our mattress and we ended up purchasing one that she had recommended. The order process was smooth and she also a explained the additional mattress cover details and warranty cover appropriately.

The assistance we received from Hollie/Sophie was great and made buying our new bed a very smooth and easy process. We didn’t feel pressured into buying anything and it was heat to understand the technology of the mattresses.
