at the moment i'm seriously ill and highly vulnerable to to any virus or bacterium, so the very high standard of care for my and others safety was impressive.iv'e been in various businesses including specialist retail and the help and patience of your employee was exceptional. i know nothing about beds and bedding so was very vulnerable to being shall we say conned which seems the norm these days. your employee is a very honourable man i didn't look at prices as i was dealing with a man i trusted and in fact i bought one of the cheaper products.

The COVID precautions were very reassuring and helpful. On having chosen the mattress I wanted Hollie was very helpful and approachable.
