The staff who assisted me was really friendly and knowledgeable. He made finding the right mattress so easy by talking me through each one and also giving me the choice to choose at the end. Overall I was very satisfied by the way staff disinfected after each customer and how social distancing was maintained throughout the store.I felt safe whilst shopping and yes I will recommend dreams as the right place to shop during this unprecedented time.

Staff were brilliant at helping while being able to have a laugh with us. They gave us what we needed quickly, offered drinks and were lovely staff and walked out happy with the purchase.

I went in the shop twice and both times the different sales assistants were very friendly and helpful. The mattress I wanted was on sale so got it for a good price. The new things that they have put in place due to coronavirus were very good and I felt safe. I was offered a number of dates for delivery which was good as I’m decorating my bedroom and was not in rush for the mattress but did not want to miss the sale price (which ended the next day) but they said they could hold the mattress for me for up to 3 months which worked well for us. Overall very happy
