We were greeted at the door by Hollie and Were taken directly to the sleep match machine. This was fully explained to us and the the results Were fully discussed.

From the minute my wife and I walked into the store, we felt looked after and valued. Mark greeted us and asked if we were browsing or knew what we were after. I liked the non-pushiness of this approach). mark couldn't have been more helpful. he was knowledgeable and friendly and was easy to trust what he was saying. We told him we'd recently had a disastrous experience with Bensons for beds, but he remained professional by remaining an advocate for Dreams, rather than bad mouthing Bensons. Our experience at Dreams was light years away from the experience we had at Bensons.
