We tried the sleep machine and were then shown all of the relevant mattresses which suited our needs. There was no pressure from Hollie and she was very knowledgeable.

I was served by Hollie who was very attentive and listened to what I needed. She was knowledgable and offered me alternatives to those I had considered already. Social distancing was in place and I was offered a bottle of water. Once purchased, I went to my car to clear my boot and without asking one of Hollie’s colleagues brought my new mattress to the car for me! So helpful
