The customer service was excellent and the salesman,Mark, was very knowledgeable about the product. We were very impressed and pleased with the service and the friendliness shown by Mark who made us feel at ease and not pressured into the purchasing making our experience a real pleasure.

Sophia greeted me and let Mark know I was waiting. Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I went to Benson's for Beds before Dreams and was very disappointed. Having lost my husband to Covid-19 I am very sensitive to hygiene and safety, the Dreams team made me feel safe.

The sales assistant, Mike, was incredibly knowledgable and pleasant. He was patient and worked with us to find the right bed and mattress to suit our needs. The sleep technology was amazing and we were very impressed with this. All social distancing measures were observed and we were offered water during our visit.
