Mark was friendly and engaging, he explained how the bed worked that would calculate our requirements and armed with the results, then showed us different beds for us to try explaining their various qualities. He then gave us time to revisit the ones we were interested in. We were able to make a choice of bed very quickly and the delivery time was within a week. Great customer experience thank you

The staff there were welcoming, friendly and so helpful that the whole experience was easy. They did not push me into a decision, instead showed me all the options and let me make my mind up in my own time. Their knowledge of each mattress was impressive and the coffee offered was a nice touch.
