They systematically took me through a variety of mattresses making my final choice easy and satisfying. I came away feeling satisfied and confident that I had made a good purchase. Mark, the Dreams employee who helped us at Harlow, was fantastic at taking us through the whole ‘mattress buying’ procedure - from the interactive analysing bed right through to additional options such as pillows and protectors.

Our assistant Sophie was amazing! She helped us through the sleep match and then showed us round a variety of beds! The beds felt amazing and we were able to select one in our price range! She was so helpful and friendly! We went away to check other stores such as benson beds and it was terrible. This really highlighted how wonderful Sophie was! We contemplated ordering online, but wanted to shop in store just in case Sophie was on commission! Would recommend to a friend in a heartbeat.
