Mark listened when I told him what I was looking for, selected a good range of products within my budget, and was keen to ensure that I was happy with my choice. At no point did I feel rushed or pressurised into making a purchase. Details of insurance were explained fully, I agreed to take this, but again did not feel any pressure to do so. All staff seemed to be managing Covid-19 restricts and regulations well.
