The staff was so lovely, very helpful and understanding. She reccomended offers to us so we could save money. The bed we wanted was in a different swatch, which was out the back of the store, so she took us out the back to view the colour/fabric. Going above and beyond.

The assistant Shah was extremely helpful, courteous and efficient. He allowed us time to look around and provided very knowledgeable information about the products. The store was extremely well prepared for covid health and safety both staff and the sanitising of the store between customers and social distancing measures were good. We felt safe whilst shopping in the store. We would recommend Dreams Harlow to other people.
