Shuyeb was extremely helpful and ran through our options in great detail. We paid for our old mattress to be taken away but the next day realised we didn't need this option. I have been given a number to contact to receive a refund. Very professional.

The girls at dreams Ipswich went above and beyond to find the bed I wanted They located the bed in Harlow and secured it for me. They then helped me to choose the mattress for my 15 year old son I then collected the bed from dreams in Harlow and the guys in store were brilliant I was more than happy with the service from both stores excellent staff
