Booked an appointment online which was easy to do through the website. We were greeted immediately on arrival, guided through the covid health and safety guidelines. Communication was great, I enjoyed the experience with the bed assessment technology. Felt we had ample time to try different mattresses without being overwhelmed by choice. The sales assistant was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. A reasonable wait for delivery time and the removal and recycling of the old mattress is a valued service

One of your colleagues MR Shah was very welcoming on my arrival beginning with politely asking me to sanitise my hands. He then took me to a futuristic bed which recommends what mattress is best. After the results he showed me around the different mattresses which were more fitting to me, showing great experience. I would definitely use Dreams again and would recommend it highly to others.
