Shah who assisted me was very helpful, contentious but not too pushy. Well judged assistance. Thought the procedures and cleaning in place were very reassuring. Free bottled water very nice touch. Well done. After that experience I didn’t want to shop anywhere else. Hope the bed is as nice as I think it will be.
