I was worried in coming into the store because of everything that was happening with the virus. I was met by Dreams Colleague Straight away their name was Shah who relaxed my nerves by explaining everything that the company has been put in place. Shah encouraged me to sanitise my hands and offered water. I also saw Shah keep sanitise his hands and the surfaces that we were going around. I was given my own pillow to use and a sheet of protective paper to lay on the beds that meets my needs. I used the computer bed to find what bed was best suited to me. When explain my problems Shah was very understanding and could relate to my problems and headed me into the right direction for the perfect bed. He answered all my questions and the payment process was comfortable and fitted the delivery dates around my schedule. Shah also explained the 8 year cover which I also took out with the mattress because you just don’t know what’s going to happen in the future. I wanted a mattress protector and Shah was again fantastic in showing me the best one for the mattress I have brought.

Staff were efficient and very polite. They listened to my needs both physically and financially and gave me several favourable options. They were helpful but not heavy handed in their selling technique. Pleasant and very helpful. I would have no problem recommending them. It made the whole bed hunting experience a pleasure
