We visited the store in harlow and was initially just there to browse but Mike was very helpful and knowledgable and we didn't feel any pressure to place our order but we were pleased to find the bed we wanted and chose the best mattress for us thanks to Mike. Overall very pleased with our visit. Thank you.

Served by Michael at Harlow store, tried numerous beds , friendly and spent time to establish our needs , not a hard sell like you get in other bed shops, also brought other products , in all spent around one hour in store and also liked the option that if the bed is not suitable under 40 days can be returned and exchanged which is not what you get on most stores, shop was clean and tidy , in fact will return during week as need another bed for my daughter .
