Really easy transaction and Michael was very kind and helpful and not pushy.

From the moment we walked in. We was greeted by Jess with a pleasant hello and smile. She listened to our needs and we asked for a sleep match if it was available. It was and 3 minutes later the results were available. We was then shown quite a large selection of mattresses that would be most suitable. We took our time and tried and then re-tried a shortlist. During this process, we did not feel pressured in any way. The whole experience was very pleasant. Once we had chosen the mattress we then started looking at bed frames. It did not take to long to find what we were looking for. I feel this was due to Jess listening to our requirements and we soon agreed on both a new bed and mattress. The order process was very speedy and we were shown the order and made a provisional delivery date. Fabulous service from Jess and the team at the Harlow branch.

We were overwhelmed with mattresses but Mike, a very friendly and helpful employee, suggested we use the mattress matcher which narrowed our options down. We also gave him some specifics and he kindly showed us a few more to try which meant we were able to make a decision quite quickly and felt confident we had chosen the correct mattress for us.

I was greeted on arrival and then left to browse around the store, which was very pleasant, rather than being followed or pestered. When I needed help I got it instantly and all my questions were answered. When I was ready to place my order I was offered a seat along with a refreshment. I chose the 0% finance option and everything was explained to me as we went through the process. At no point was I rushed and I found every member of staff friendly, approachable, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. My experience of choosing my new bed was a very pleasant one.

Staff were great and friendly . I was with my elderly parents and the gentleman who served us was so good with them. No waiting was a really good experience and would definitely shop there again .
