From the moment we went into the store we received outstanding service. The help and advice we received was spot on. We can’t wait until we receive our delivery of our new bed, and finally get a great nights sleep! Big thanks to all at Dreams Harlow.

Mark was very polite and patient. The Mattress was for my mother who is deaf as a post and she is very happy with the eventual choice.

Mike took the time to ask what we were looking for and was very helpful with the Smart match kit.Mike showed us the recommended options and left us to make our choice answering all our questions.

All went smoothly from start to finish.

Excellent customer service and range of products

Shah the sales assistant was v friendly & knowledgable and gave us time to work out which bed we preferred...there was a good choice of beds too.

Assistant had good knowledge of the mattresses we were given good advice and given space to make our minds up.

The whole experience was excellent! From the minute I walked through the door until 15 minutes later when I was placing my order and shaking the hand of the sales person and leaving.

Very helpful assistant who spent time with us to exactly meet our requirements. Order was done and placed before I could finish my cup of tea!

Greeted straight away by assistant Mike , and asked us what our needs are, and recommended the to have the sleep machine test,which we did then he showed us round the showroom,for mattress that suited us made some recommendations found him very helpful,and knowledgeable.
