First time ever purchasing a bed, Mike in the Harlow store put me at ease. I explained I wanted to take up their Black Friday deals, and needed quality for a low price, he helped accommodate this. I used the mattress scanner and found the perfect one for me. Mike made the experience stress free, and I ordered my bed with ease, and I’m someone who questions all decisions and very indecisive, I did not feel this way on this purchase and I think that’s down to staff!

Its was really nice the staff are very friendly and help you with everything you want and the coffee was the icing on the cake cant wait to go shopping there soon

Customer service was excellent, your staff members were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. They also made gave us time to ourselves which made for a relaxed buying experience.

We were served by Sophie, really friendly very knowledgeable member of staff and a credit to dreams. Although the sofa bed wasn’t in store she had seen it and assured us it was a wonderful colour and really comfortable too

Shuyeb you’re shop assistant was very friendly and helpful and got us to use mattress machine to pick correct mattress for us. Was very knowledgeable about all products so much so we went back to order another mattress for our daughter

What won me over ultimately was the knowledge, friendly but profession service from your store sales team. From the money entering the store we were greeted , offered a drink and made to feel comfortable. I was served by a gentleman by the name of Mark who was FANTASTIC! and i am not just saying that. He spent the time and had a patience of a saint as i tried different combinations of mattresses and beds and was helpful throughout, making my purchase seem valued. Thank you Mark it was much appreciated.
